Prior to establishing itself in the United States, the company’s affiliate MARMOL EXPORT, S.A., headquartered in the heart of Spain’s marble and stone quarrying region, enabled MARMOL EXPORT, U.S.A, to acquire state of the art technology and experience in the industry.

Our showroom stocks over one million square feet of over 250 types of Marble, Limestone, Travertine, Granite, and other natural stones. We buy the best selection of tiles and slabs directly from quarries worldwide which always assures the best quality and prices.

History
In 1985, Ernesto S. Aviñó Sr. started Marmol Export, U.S.A. by importing containers directly from Spain and shipping to distributors throughout the United States. Shortly thereafter he opened the company’s headquarters in Miami, Florida.
In 1996, Ernesto L. Aviñó, Jr. graduated from Florida International University with his B.S. in Civil Engineering. He joined Marmol Export U.S.A. in 1998 and established the construction division. He obtained his Certified General Contractor license shortly thereafter. In 2002, he became Vice President and now oversees the general operations for the company. Today, construction has become a vital part to the diversity of the business.
